Instead of agreeing to a reasonable timeline to reassemble the Design Team, a rash decision to rush the Tender is decided, at the Client’s request. Fast forward to witnessing Professor V. being looped in, at the same time as being provided the Tender Drawings and informed that the Specifications would be issued afterwards by Addendum. He wisely requests an extension of the Project’s Tender Date to ensure proper coordination between the Drawings and Specifications, and the PM agrees.
