This week, Professor V. joins RICHARD B Samson on site, to discuss the rejection of the precast concrete panel cladding for a renovation of an existing building and garage. Dick suggested to call Mahmoud Al Fayex, from Petra Design, to see if a different solution was available. Mahmoud was quick to asses the situation and begins to describe a slightly different concrete panel called Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC).
