The message in Professor V’s Spec Note this week strikes a chord with so many of us, who have all had the pleasure of witnessing a presentation or lunch and learn that we had no business attending! Not that the information being presented isn’t valuable or worth learning, it’s just not the content you require in your sector of work. When attendees take the time from their lunch to “learn with you”, research the firm before requesting the L&L. The cost of lunch and learns continues to increase and the logistics of navigating the “hybrid” Work-From-Home balance, proves difficult when obtaining hard numbers of attendees.
