Update existing Product Master Specifications, which haven’t been updated to reflect product/system revisions in a number of years. These Section may contain references to outdated standards, codes or even worse, their own Product Solutions!
This results in the Technical Sales Team searching for other avenues to have their Product Solutions specified by the End-User, such as:
- Association Guide Specs – That don’t contain their Product Solutions info, or
- Substitution Requests – That rarely produce.

VERIFIED Annual Maintenance Partner Program, which includes yearly reviews

- Addition of SPEC NOTES where required;
- Section Updates and/or New Content, including but not limited to the following:

“How It’s Spec’d” is a documentary showcasing step-by-step Specification edits to an existing Master Section, to include Product Solutions presented during the Lunch & Learn.
Each segment features one or two Product Solutions, each receiving a five minute comprehensive SPEC-N-LEARN Demonstration.
Progressive Section editing with narration, illustrates changes necessary to insert Product Solutions, complete with explanations the End-User can understand.
Master Specifications are provided from TechSpecs Consulting Inc.’s Office Masters and presented by a Registered Specification Writer (RSW).
